About me
Carolina is a rewilding practitioner with huge experience having designed, led, and raised funds for public and private conservation initiatives across the world, from South-East Asia to Central America, Africa and Europe for the last 15 years. Carolina’s passion for wildlife and wild places started in her childhood, as she grew up surrounded by nature in rural southern Spain. Following a PhD on Iberian lynx in Spain, she followed a career in conservation with a strong desire to deliver on-the-ground impact. Carolina is a keen mammal watcher and has travelled around the world in search of the rarest species – from pumas in Patagonia to the rarest gibbons in remote Vietnam.
