I believe regenerative approaches are need everywhere, especially in leadership.
Urgent action is needed now to equip leaders with the mindset needed for the regenerative economy in which people and planet flourish. If those running organisations don't get behind regeneration 100% then we are in big trouble.
But our industry is moving too slowly and using nice sounding words. Coaching and leadership development can't be about developing leaders but deploying those ready to take the brave actions required before it's too late.
